Living River Dinner, Friday 31st January 2020

The River Dee Trust is holding a dinner to celebrate the Living River on Friday 31st January 2020. The dinner will be held at Banchory Lodge and follows on from a successful inaugural event held at the Lodge earlier this year.  The aim of the evening is to celebrate the Dee and gather new Friends of the Living River to support the important work of the River Dee Trust throughout the catchment.

The evening will include reception drinks, a delightful three-course meal, live auction, entertainment, and special guest Paul Whitehouse. We have some enticing auction lots, such as a 1980 Bowmore Queen’s Cask whisky, only three of which are donated to charities each year.

Due to the interest expressed following our first Living River Dinner, we will allocate tables/tickets to applicants through a ballot. If you would like to be included in the ballot,  simply email us by 30th September to confirm whether you would like a table, or a number of individual tickets. If you are successful in the ballot, we will let you know by 4th October and you will receive further details once booked. Pricing is £100 per ticket and £1,000 for a table of ten.

If you would like to sponsor the Living River Dinner, then please get in touch to hear more about the sponsor package, which includes a table at the Dinner, acknowledgement on display material, invitation to the 2020 opening of the fishing season on 1st February, and a tailor-made conservation experience with River Dee staff, for £2,000.  To find out more contact the River Office on 01339 880411 or email info@riverdee.org.
